Storms Can Cause Computer Havoc
Looks like the storms are upon us. This can cause sever damage to our computer systems. Even if you have total surge protection it would be a good idea to shut down and unplug your computer, printer, modem and other items from the main.
Don't just flip the switch. Disconnect the power cords. While you are at it unplug the telephone line to your modem.
A backup of all your data would also be a good idea. Just in case there is some damage.
