New Phishing Scam. Email that warns you about Phishing

I was talking to a colleague in the US today. He told me about a new phishing scam. He received an email, supposedly from a bank, warning about phishing and steps to protect yourself. The link in the email lead him to a site that was phishing for personal information.

Being an IT professional he knew it was a scam, but went to the site to check it out.*
