Storm Dangers and Problems
Storms, this week have been creating some dangers and problems. Systems are being burned up and Internet services may be having problems.
Advise
If there is a storm in your area you should turn off your computer and unplug it at the wall.
Make sure your modem is also unplugged and the telephone line to the modem is unplugged.
Maybe consider upgrading your surge protection devices
If your internet is not behaving properly don't panic. It could be a problem with the ISP (Internet Service Provider), sometimes after a storm they have problems. Be patient, try again in an hour or so, if no luck give them a call, be prepared to wait.
