.... and they always say BACK-UP often
One of those heart breaking moments. Moving some files and folders. Minor computer glitch in the middle of the transfer.
The computer is fine but the files that were being moved are gone .... real gone ..... not in the recycle bin ... the computer had to be restarted so no chance to use Ctrl Z to save the day.
Let me tell you, the victim of this "whim of the computer" was glad he had a recent backup.
Within minutes he restored the backed up data and was back in business.
It can happen to anyone. Even people that use their computer everyday. Even people that host a blog giving computer advice. I was the star in the above scenerio.
