You are missing out If you don't use SKYPE

Today I spent an hour talking to my son in the US. The cost was ZERO. The quality was better than a standard telephone and we had video to boot.

It's a great way to keep in touch. One of our customers uses Skype to read bed time stories to her grandchildren. She lives in Queensland; they live in Tassie. The kids take a laptop into the bedroom. Grandma makes a video call and reads them a bedtime story. Not as good as being there but it does help to keep in touch.
